Civil Engineer UTH

He was born in 1980 in Lamia. He is a graduate of the School of Civil Engineering of the University of Thessaly. He has worked on the construction of the P.A.THE. Highway and the New Double Railway Line Lianokladi-Domokos. He has served as a real estate evaluator of a large bank. Since 2007, he has maintained a technical office with main activities the study and supervision of private projects and the construction of public projects. In 2017, he worked as a consulting engineer in the construction of the Central Greece Highway.

Dimitris Beslemes

Civil Engineer NTUA-MSc

He was born in Lamia. He is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Department of the National Technical University of Athens and holds a postgraduate diploma in Technical Projects Management. Since 2007, he has been active in the design, construction and supervision of private technical projects as well as in the construction of public projects. At the same time, from 2008 to 2011 he served as a consultant in the Technical Projects Directorate of the Prefecture of Fthiotida. From 2019 to 2022, he participated as a consultant in the implementation of the scientific European program Operandum of the Region of Central Greece. In addition, he has served as Deputy Mayor for Technical Projects and Urban Planning in the Municipality of Lamia for the period 2021-2023.

Despina Boura

Civil Engineer BEng-MEng University of Leeds, UK

She graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of the University of Leeds U.K., in 2001, from where she holds a Master's degree in Strengthening and Maintenance of Civil Engineering Structures. She has worked in the field of cost estimation and drafting project contracts in large engineering companies. She has also worked on the construction of the P.A.THE. Highway and the cut and cover border crossing in Drama, Greece. Since then, she has been active as a freelancer civil engineer in the field of design and construction of technical projects as a member of a technical office in Lamia.
